I use Paypal as my payment processor, so I accept all payment methods that Paypal accepts including major credit cards. Orders are shipped after the payment has cleared. Please note that some payment methods may take longer to clear than others.
I try to ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. You will receive an email once your order has shipped. If items are backordered, I will give you an estimate of when your order will ship and you will have the option to cancel your order if desired. Returned and Lost Shipments
If a shipment is returned to Crispytronics because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information, then the customer will have to pay for shipping again. If the shipment was returned because of a mistake made by Crispytronics, then we will reship the order for free. Likewise, if a shipment was lost because the customer provided incorrect or incomplete shipping information, then Crispytronics will not provide a replacement. However, if a shipment was lost because of a mistake made by Crispytronics or the shipping carrier, then Crispytronics will provide a replacement free of charge.
Unopened merchandise or items damaged in transit may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email me at email@example.com to request an RMA number. It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping. A refund will be processed after the merchandise has been received. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
Limitations of Liability
